The GICITED group at the CIMAD24 congress

From June 10 to 14, 2024, the III Ibero-Latin American Congress on Wood in Construction CIMAD 2024 was held in Madrid where Dra. Laia Haurie has presented the article entitled "Effect of the presence of gaps in the fire behavior of hidden metallic joints for wooden structures".

On the 10th, a technical seminar was organized at the Higher Technical School of Mountain, Forestry and Natural Environment Engineering of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) entitled "TECHNOLOGY AND INDUSTRIALIZATION: The perfect symbiosis for the promotion of wood in construction". And from the 11th to the 14th, the CIMAD24 congress took place at the UPM Technical School of Architecture, with the participation of very relevant lecturers in the field of wood construction.

However, the LIGNOMAD network, of which the GICITED group is a part, had a stand in the exhibitor area from which ongoing projects could be promoted.
