Pathology, Diagnosis and Rehabilitation of buildings
From the GICITED, applied research is carried out in the diagnosis and rehabilitation of cataloged heritage buildings, which require very careful interventions, as well as research in materials that can only be done only through collaboration between professionals, institutions, universities and companies. Also in unpublished non-heritage buildings, which are not particularly protected but which require, at the time of doing any intervention, the same rigor and attention as if it were a singular building. They can be example those more anonymous constructions, like blocks of houses, single-family houses or industrial buildings.
